Naggar Studio provides professional studio space, equipment rental, and related services for creative projects including but not limited to:

• Photography and videography sessions
• Audio recording and production
• Equipment rental and technical support
• Post-production facilities and services
• Educational workshops and training

All studio bookings are subject to the following terms:

• Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed with a signed agreement and deposit
• Availability: Studio time is subject to availability and confirmed bookings take priority
• Minimum Booking: Minimum booking periods may apply for certain services
• Setup Time: Setup and breakdown time should be included in your booking
• Extensions: Session extensions are subject to availability and additional charges

Payment terms and conditions include:

• Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your booking
• Payment Schedule: Full payment is due before or on the day of service
• Late Payments: Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
• Additional Charges: Equipment damage, excessive cleanup, or overtime will incur additional fees
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy

To ensure a safe and professional environment, all clients must:

• Treat all equipment and facilities with care and respect
• Follow all safety guidelines and staff instructions
• Respect other clients, staff, and studio neighbors
• Not exceed maximum occupancy limits for safety and insurance reasons
• Report any damages, malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately
• Clean up after sessions and return equipment to designated areas
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use facilities for illegal activities or inappropriate content

Regarding studio equipment:

• Proper Use: Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose
• Training Required: Some equipment requires demonstration or training before use
• Damage Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment during their session
• Replacement Costs: Damaged or lost equipment will be charged at replacement cost
• Personal Equipment: Use of personal equipment is at your own risk

Important liability considerations:

• Limited Liability: Naggar Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• Client Responsibility: Clients assume responsibility for their actions and any resulting damages
• Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend clients carry their own insurance for equipment and projects
• Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify the studio against claims arising from their use of facilities
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control

Regarding intellectual property rights:

• Client Ownership: All work created using our facilities remains the intellectual property of the client
• Marketing Rights: Naggar Studio retains the right to photograph facilities and use images for marketing
• Client Work: We will not use client work for marketing without written permission
• Copyright Compliance: Clients must ensure all content created complies with copyright laws

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding:

• Project details and creative content
• Client information and business relationships
• Session recordings and materials (when applicable)
• Personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to terminate services for:

• Violation of these terms or studio rules
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Non-payment of fees or charges
• Damage to equipment or facilities
• Safety concerns or legal violations

Naggar Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website or provided to clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Himachal Pradesh. Any disputes will be resolved through legal action in Himachal Pradesh.
